There it was. Thé moment I have waited so long for! The weeks before broke me down almost completely, due to the stress and trying to figure out if all the communications were ok, the flights were ok...and in the end it all was very, very ok!! Eric was the HIT of the show, with other guests-artists like Terry Moore, Romano Molenaar, Michael Golden, Steve Niles and Sarah Wilkinson also attending!!

Being the Floor Manager of the Artist Alley of this way cool convention sure has its perks and getting Eric across the Big Blue was one of those perks for sure! But being the Floor Manager I did not have the time to completely tend to this one single artist, and that is -hindsight- a bit of a disappointment. But having him around for so many many fans who came for Eric only, that was something more thankfull then anything.

The whole Saterday Eric would stand up straight, drawing from a box on a table. The reason he did that was to have more contact with the fans...respect!! And the awesomenss of seeing him drawing (making magic!!) was soooo cool. I did see him break down in a sweat a couple of times, because of the unfamiliarity of the charactersketch-request, but he was humble at his own marvel, because he pulled it all off with the greatest of ease (so it seemed) and he knocked me over completely when he finished my Hot Mummy!!
